- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand digital assessment and EdTech solutions within the Education market in the UAE.
- Work closely and coordinate regularly with the Product Development Manager (PDM) to align product offerings with client requirements and market needs.
- Identify and generate leads from outreach networking events industry conferences referrals and digital communication channels targeted towards the education sector in the UAE.
- Manage the full sales process including lead generation qualification client meetings presentations negotiation and contract closure.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines utilize CRM tools effectively and provide timely sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with educational institutions ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and account management to address client needs and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business or related fields.
- At least 5 years of proven sales/account management experience within the education technology sector.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding and existing relationships within UAEs education community.
- Experience in promoting or selling digital assessment learning management systems EdTech solutions.
- Proven success record in identifying and closing deals effectively.
- Documented sales achievements (meeting/exceeding targets consistently).
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
