Team Leadership: Manage train and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and VIP customers.
Brand Representation: Uphold and promote the brands image ensuring the store meets luxury standards in terms of aesthetics and customer interactions.
Inventory & Stock Control: Ensure accurate inventory levels prevent stock loss and coordinate with suppliers.
Financial & Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data prepare reports and strategize to improve store performance.
Marketing & Events: Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store events promotions and brand activations.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of store management experience in a high-end luxury brand.
