We are seeking a Business Development Manager with proven experience in project sales for joinery and furniture. The role requires a strong network within the construction and hospitality sectors and the ability to identify negotiate and close opportunities from design to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for custom joinery kitchens wardrobes doors and loose furniture projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors designers consultants and developers.
Prepare quotations project proposals and presentations in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
Follow up on leads site visits and client meetings to ensure successful project conversion.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in residential and hospitality sectors.
Coordinate closely with the Design Production and Project Management teams to ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability and client trust.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in joinery interiors and/or loose furniture sales within the UAE.
Strong technical understanding of joinery products finishes and production processes.
Proven ability to manage design presentations quotations and contract negotiations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Self-driven well-organized and capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
UAE driving license required.
