Job Summary
Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our this critical role you will lead our organizations efforts to maintain the highest standards of hygiene while driving sustainable practices across our operations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sustainability strategies aligned with organizational goals and UAE regulations
- Oversee the day-to-day management of hygiene protocols and sustainability initiatives across all facilities
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards
- Analyze data and prepare reports on hygiene performance and sustainability metrics for senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into all aspects of the business
- Lead sustainability awareness and training programs for employees at all levels
- Stay abreast of global sustainability trends and best practices adapting them to the local context
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including government agencies and sustainability organizations
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for hygiene and sustainability initiatives
- Oversee the implementation of environmental management systems and sustainability reporting frameworks
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Sustainability or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives
- Strong knowledge of environmental management systems and sustainability reporting frameworksÂ
- Expertise in UAE environmental regulations and sustainability practices
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in driving organizational change
- Fluency in English
