Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a reputable and fast-growing company operating in the logistics courier and supply chain sector. The organization is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to lead their financial operations and support the business through its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective financial reporting systems to provide accurate insights to senior management.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement cost control strategies and monitor key financial indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements financial policies and international reporting standards.
  • Partner with various business units to support strategic decision-making and financial discipline.


Requirements

To apply you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; a professional certification (CA ACCA CPA CMA) is an advantage.
  • 8 to 12 years of progressive finance experience ideally within logistics courier or supply chain industries.
  • Proven track record in financial planning cost control ERP implementation and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical leadership and business partnering skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: This role is based in Dubai UAE and offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic leadership team in a collaborative work environment.
