Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify and prospect potential clients while building and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
Analyse market trends identify new business opportunities and create growth strategies across multiple geographies.
Build and nurture a robust network of local and international real estate brokers and agencies.
Conduct negotiations and close sales with professionalism transparency and integrity.
Manage and update client data accurately using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Stay informed on local property trends pricing and buyer behaviours to guide customers effectively.
Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with company standards policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 13 years experience in real estate sales ideally with a developer or brokerage firm.
Proven track record of success in off-plan property sales.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its key players.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
A proactive and self-driven attitude with a passion for real estate and client success.
