Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction transport manufacturing or auction industries and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within our company. Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the companys goals and objectives
- - Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process ensuring the selection of top-quality candidates
- - Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related issues
- - Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- - Manage payroll and benefits administration
- - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- - Identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns within the company
- - Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement workforce planning strategies
- - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management
Qualifications:
- - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- - Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as an HR Manager preferably in the construction transport manufacturing or auction industries
- - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- - Experience in recruitment performance management and employee relations
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies
- - Strong organizational and time-management skills
- - Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- - Fluency in English both written and verbal
