Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for accurately preparing the monthly payroll and ensuring that employees are paid on time while maintaining confidentiality of all salary related information.

Core Responsibilities

- Maintains and verifies payroll information and processes monthly payrolls in SAP for all functions and as per policy

- Calculates salary modifications for all employee earnings and deductions such as increments unauthorized absences lateness and unpaid leave

- Calculates end of service entitlements and any other dues after the employee has cleared all exit procedures

- Balances the payroll accounts reviews and resolves payroll discrepancies and submits final report to the finance team as required

- Generates regular payroll reports through the system for review and maintains records and filing system for payroll in a confidential manner.

People Management:

- Develops talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching to achieve the defined goals

- Drives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Business Unit/ Department by providing feedback on an ongoing basis identifying development needs and coaching the employees on the areas of improvement.

Educational Qualifications and Certifcates

Bachelors Degree in HR/Finance.

Experience

- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
