Job Summary
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to the engineering team based on the daily work schedule ensuring timely execution of planned maintenance guest requests and emergency responses.
- Supervise the engineering team to ensure effective and high-quality completion of all duties.
- Collaborate with other operational departments to provide necessary engineering support for smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and maintain air conditioning water supply and fire safety systems in accordance with required standards.
- Maintain close coordination with all hotel departments to ensure proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
- Oversee the work of external contractors and represent the hotels interests during projects or repairs.
- Support external inspectors during audits inspections and certification processes.
- Prepare clear and concise technical reports on engineering activities incidents and maintenance records.

Qualifications :
At least High vocational Certificate in Electrical Power Technology or related field
Strong result oriented people management and leadership skills
Strong communication skill and computer literate
