Job Summary
Whats On Your Plate
Be the Product Ops expert in your tribe possess end-to-end tribe & product knowledge to work with your product counterparts.
Define influence or operate the go to market strategies to bring talabats products to all of our local markets in the most effective way possible.
Optimise products post rollout to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure functional teams and business stakeholders are aligned to the objectives of your products.
Leverage high-impact horizontal initiatives and look to benefit the entire product and tech department by bringing about an improvement in these fundamental topics.
Surface insights to Product and Tech and advise further product improvement.
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations business operations consulting product product operations or similar role.
Experience in leading cross functional projects and teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable at dealing with ambiguity.
Strong team player with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have an ability to prioritise demands in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
Strong English skills in both written and verbal communication.
You have a voice that is human personal and matches our Product brand.
Ability to think like a Product user and be invested in our users needs.
