Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As an F&B Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a high-performing team.
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines
- Lead train and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage inventory cost control and budgeting for the F&B department
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement new menu items and promotional offerings
- Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve guest experience and increase revenue
Qualifications :
- College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant leadership role
- Proven track record of team leadership and development
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent guest service skills with a customer-focused mindset
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Multilingual skills are highly preferred given the diverse clientele in Dubai
