Job Summary

General Overview:

Our client a leading multinational organization in the financial services sector is seeking a proactive Emiratization Officer to lead and implement their UAE National strategy across recruitment development and retention. This is an immediate hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Emirati hiring initiatives by partnering with universities government agencies and platforms such as Nafis.
  • Represent the company at Emiratization-focused events and career fairs.
  • Develop and implement training and growth programs for Emirati employees.
  • Monitor attrition and engagement trends proposing retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with CBUAE Emiratization targets and UAE labour laws.
  • Manage CBUAE Nafis and GPSSA portals and reporting.
  • Act as an advocate and mentor for Emirati employees across the organization.
Requirements:
  • UAEN with Family Book.
  • Bachelors in HR Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Can join immediately.
  • 1 year of HR/Emiratization experience within a corporate environment.
