General Overview:

Our client a leading multinational organization in the financial services sector is seeking a proactive Emiratization Officer to lead and implement their UAE National strategy across recruitment development and retention. This is an immediate hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Emirati hiring initiatives by partnering with universities government agencies and platforms such as Nafis.
Represent the company at Emiratization-focused events and career fairs.
Develop and implement training and growth programs for Emirati employees.
Monitor attrition and engagement trends proposing retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with CBUAE Emiratization targets and UAE labour laws.
Manage CBUAE Nafis and GPSSA portals and reporting.
Act as an advocate and mentor for Emirati employees across the organization.

Requirements:

UAEN with Family Book.
Bachelors in HR Business Administration or related field preferred.
Can join immediately.
1 year of HR/Emiratization experience within a corporate environment.
