Our client a leading multinational organization in the financial services sector is seeking a proactive Emiratization Officer to lead and implement their UAE National strategy across recruitment development and retention. This is an immediate hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Emirati hiring initiatives by partnering with universities government agencies and platforms such as Nafis.
- Represent the company at Emiratization-focused events and career fairs.
- Develop and implement training and growth programs for Emirati employees.
- Monitor attrition and engagement trends proposing retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with CBUAE Emiratization targets and UAE labour laws.
- Manage CBUAE Nafis and GPSSA portals and reporting.
- Act as an advocate and mentor for Emirati employees across the organization.
Requirements:
- UAEN with Family Book.
- Bachelors in HR Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Can join immediately.
- 1 year of HR/Emiratization experience within a corporate environment.
