Core Responsibilities
Supervision of Subordinates:
- Reviewing sales reports and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Overseeing and guiding the performance of multiple channel partners selling loans and cards.
- Support manager in obtaining approvals from internal stakeholders senior management joint committee and onboarding new vendor partners in line with banks strategy.
- Ensure contracts are up to date by working with vendor partners and vendor management team
- Ensure the sales team is adequately trained monthly on the banks products policies services and selling techniques.
- Identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize loan and card sales.
- Work with the product team & drive sales across vendor partners on Islamic cards
- Introduce rewards and recognition for sales staff across vendors to improve performance
- Conduct mystery shopping across vendors at kiosk activities to ensure quality sourcing
- Collaborate with Credit Product Policy and Contact Centre to ensure alignment
- Prepare monthly reports to management on channels performance potential risk and opportunities for improvement.
- Work on SOP for cards and loans in line with bank requirements.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of systems processes and practices.
- Work with channel partners to improve customer experience staff productivity and satisfaction with loan and card products.

Qualifications :
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Finance Banking or a related major field of study.
- At least 5 years of experience in consumer banking and in managerial role
Minimum Experience
Good Product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Good understanding of banking industry trends in the local market.
- Good market awareness of product range and pricing.
- Good analytical skills.
