We are seeking driven and passionate Relationship Managers / Real Estate Brokers to represent our portfolio of premium developments across Dubai and internationally.
In this dynamic role you will build trusted client relationships guide investors through the Dubai property market and represent Hassi Properties during international roadshows across the UK Europe and the USA.
You will receive full training extensive support and the opportunity to work with Dubais top-tier developers all while earning unlimited commission-based income.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads from multiple channels (digital referral and events)
Advise clients on property investments market trends and project opportunities
Conduct property tours and virtual presentations for international clients
Build strong long-term relationships with high-net-worth investors
Represent Hassi Properties during international exhibitions and roadshows
Maintain consistent communication with clients from inquiry to closing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or relationship management (Dubai market preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must hold a passport allowing visa-free travel to the UK EU and USA
Confident well-presented and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Strong understanding of Dubais property market developers and investment opportunities
Willingness to travel internationally and work in a performance-driven environment
