We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our Team:

Min 1 Year of Sales or Properties and Real Estate experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English & Arabic, 3rd language desirable but not essential.
Presentable, professional and honest.
Strong networking skills.
Punctual and contribute to the development of the company.
Smart business dress is required at all times.
Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards.
An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player.
Positive and hardworking attitude.
Able to work in a team as well as independently.
Dynamic, Passionate and Energetic candidates.
A highly motivated individual who is self-disciplined and has a “passion” for Real Estate.

Job Purpose:

Building strong relations with existing and new clients in order to grow the network and reputation.
Sourcing & Negotiating offers with prospective buyers & and sellers/landlords from viewing through to the offer stage.
Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings.
Regular care calls to all clients, following up after each viewing.
Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.
Conducting market appraisals and valuations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and bankers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers and realtors, especially in Abu Dhabi & Dubai.
