Job Description

Job Title: Indian Retention Specialist
Location: Dubai
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Same Role

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Indian Retention Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and reducing churn. You will analyze customer data address concerns and implement retention strategies to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same job role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with Indian clients or in the Indian market.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
