- Leads the Reservation Teams of Fairmont The Palm.
- Hires and develops talent for future growth within the company
- Implements practices and initiatives that creates an engaged motivated and cohesive team that works together to achieve common objectives
- Develops and maintains reservations standards that drive revenues optimizes organizational efficiencies and instills guests engagement
- Ensure appropriate scheduling to minimize response time to customers and ensure immaculate quality of reservations and inquiries
- Is fluent in all Accor distribution and reservations systems Accor Rate architecture and Revenue practices
- Is fluent in revenue enhancing and benchmarking tools including however not limited to IDEAS Demand360 OTA Insight and Revenue Insight
- Partakes in Revenue Strategy Meetings and works on revenue enhancing initiatives and strategies
- Manages and leases with other department on all room upsell programs / platforms to maximize rate and guest satisfaction
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 Years experience as an Assistant Reservations Manager
- Minimum 3 Years experience in leading Room Reservations Teams
- Knowledge of Accor Distribution and Reservation systems a must
- Experience from working in Resorts a plus
