Patriot Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Admin to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Admin in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a FULLTIME position that requires you to work ONSITE providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our real estate business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and organizing real estate transactions and documentation
- Coordinate appointments showings and meetings for real estate agents
- Handle inquiries from clients vendors and other stakeholders
- Maintain and update real estate listings and databases
- Support the team with administrative tasks and office operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a real estate administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software
- Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
