To support the smooth running of office operations by performing various basic administrative and housekeeping tasks including serving beverages cleaning and running errands.
Serve beverages (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office including meeting rooms pantry and restrooms.
Assist in organizing and setting up meeting rooms.
Handle filing photocopying and basic office errands.
Receive and distribute office mail and deliveries.
Maintain pantry supplies and monitor stock levels.
Support office staff in tasks as required such as moving files or documents.
Comply with all company policies regarding health and safety.
