- Assist with cost planning budget tracking and financial forecasting for ongoing projects.
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) estimates and tender documents in line with project specifications and standards.
- Participate in contract reviews tracking of contractual obligations and support in identifying variations and claims.
- Support the preparation of interim valuations payment applications and final accounts.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to support subcontractor and supplier evaluations comparisons and cost negotiations.
- Liaise with site engineers planners and commercial leads to monitor cost performance and alignment with project budgets.
- Maintain uptodate records documentation and cost databases to support reporting and compliance requirements.
- Comply with BESIX procedures safety standards and quality controls.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (RICS/CIOB accredited preferred).
- Candidate must have at least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying commercial management or cost control within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC familiarity is a plus).
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD PlanSwift CostX and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Effective interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to project sites after initial head office assignment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
