Job Summary
KI2511 Senior Project Manager / Project Director (m/f/d)
Dubai Teilzeit / VollzeitYour tasks are
- Project management and control of national and international construction and real estate projects
- Organization structuring and coordination of planning processes taking into account costs deadlines and quality
- Contract and risk management of challenging construction projects
- Interface management between clients investors and users
- Project organization and coordination
Job requirements
- Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering architecture orcommerce
- Approx. 27 years of professional experience ideally in project management project coordination or engineering coordination
- Excellent English language proficiency incl. in business contexts andArabiclanguage skills desirable
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) MS Project and/or Oracle
- Willingness to travel and relocate internationally
