Foreground is partnering with a leading events and communications agency to appoint a 3D Designer Team Leader.

About the Role

The 3D Designer Team Leader will lead a team of 3D designers in delivering visually stunning event exhibition and experiential space designs. This individual will drive creative excellence ensure technical feasibility and foster team development in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of 3D event spaces exhibition booths and immersive brand experiences.
Translate conceptual ideas into detailed 3D renderings architectural drawings and technical layouts.
Assign and oversee design tasks based on team strengths and project needs.
Collaborate with creative account management and production teams to meet project deadlines.
Maintain and organize design files assets and technical specifications for seamless production.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers supporting their growth and quality of work.
Ensure all 3D assets meet technical specifications production requirements and industry standards.
Optimize 3D models for efficient rendering and presentation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in 3D visualization AR/VR and digital design technologies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions client presentations and design reviews.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design Architecture 3D Design or related field.
6 years of experience in 3D event/exhibition design with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D event designs exhibition setups and brand activations.
Advanced proficiency in 3D Max SketchUp Cinema 4D AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
In-depth knowledge of architectural design materials and fabrication processes.
Experience creating immersive experiences using AR/VR is a plus.
Excellent team leadership communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility.
