Your mission
- Ensure activation of the marketing strategies and campaigns through local DISTRIBUTION & PROMOTION PARTNERS in accordance with Regional Lead & Regional Export Direction.
- Develop with PARTNERS market analysis marketing plans and 360 activation campaigns (HCP Retail & Digital/Media) as well as budget forecasts and procurement vision.
- Work closely with PARTNERS to control and challenge the deployment and execution of the marketing campaigns and required investments.
- Collaborate with sales supply finance brands and regional teams to align marketing actions.
- Graduated in Marketing Digital marketing or a related field.
- With 5 yearsof experience in marketing roles in pharma within the dermatology cosmetic personal care or medical care sectors or FMCG
- Able to adapt to different franchises brands business sizing and maturity portfolio.
- Experienced / deep knowledge of brands and product
- New tech oriented
- Agile in data able to reconstitute market data based on available (Sellthrough 20/80 market visit.)
- Fluent in English French and arabic are a plus
