Key Responsibilities:

Implement evidencebased interventions based on ABA principles as directed by a BCBA.

Collect and record accurate data on client progress during therapy sessions.

Assist in the development and updating of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Foster a positive learning environment to promote client engagement and learning.

Teach and reinforce communication social and functional life skills.
-
Conduct therapy sessions in various environments including home school and community settings.
-
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Participate in regular team meetings training and supervision sessions.
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors Degree in Psychology Education or related field preferred).
-
RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
-
Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities is an asset.
-
Strong communication patience and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
-
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if sessions are conducted in multiple locations).

Ability to manage challenging behaviors safely and effectively.

Excellent data collection and documentation skills.
