- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- Assist in the all operations of the Spa and to have knowledge of all Spa menu
- Assist guest with the use of sauna steam day pass and spa facilities etc.
- Assist guests with product information and retail sales
- Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers
- Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor
- Attends pre-shift briefings and handover to Supervisor/colleague at end of shift.
- Clean and tidy the areas when necessary
- To report any equipment malfunctioning.
- To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience at a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand-alone Spa
- Strong administrative skills including Excel Spreadsheets
- Book4Time experience mandatory
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
