Description

Ontime Group is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for our Homecare Doctor services. This role plays a crucial part in delivering highquality personalized healthcare support to patients in a home setting. As a Caregiver you will ensure that patients receive the necessary medical care attention and support they need to remain comfortable and healthy in their own homes.

Responsibilities

Assist the Homecare Doctor with patient assessments and followup visits
Support patients with their daily living needs such as bathing dressing and meal preparation
Monitor patients health status and report any concerns to the Homecare Doctor
Administer prescribed medications and ensure compliance with the treatment plan
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Maintain accurate records of patient care and interactions
Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients adhering to health standards
Collaborate with the Homecare Doctor and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

Requirements

Previous experience as a caregiver particularly in a homecare or healthcare setting
Educational background in nursing healthcare or related fields is advantageous
Strong communication and empathy skills to support patients and families
Ability to follow detailed care instructions and adapt to dynamic patient needs
Critical thinking skills to assess patient conditions effectively
Dependable and organized with a strong commitment to patient care quality
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary
