Join Ontime Group as a Practice Manager at our Wellness Center in Jumeirah where you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team and enhancing the quality of care we provide to our clients. As the Practice Manager you will oversee daily operations ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and staff while promoting a culture of wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the daily operations of the wellness center
  • Supervise administrative and clinical staff providing direction and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain high standards of care
  • Improve practice efficiency and develop protocols for service delivery
  • Address client inquiries and concerns fostering client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement wellness programs
  • Monitor and analyze practice performance metrics driving continuous improvement


Requirements
  • Proven experience in practice management preferably within a healthcare or wellness setting
  • Bachelors degree in healthcare management business administration or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational proficiency with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills to support decision-making and process improvements
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to implement effective solutions
