Foreground is supporting a luxury hospitality group in the UAE to hire an HR Manager to oversee human capital strategy workforce engagement and operational HR excellence. This role is central to building a performance-driven culture while ensuring seamless HR service delivery across properties.
Responsibilities:
- Drive HR operations including talent acquisition onboarding and retention.
- Develop policies aligned with labor laws and organizational values.
- Implement performance management systems and succession planning.
- Oversee employee relations grievance handling and engagement programs.
- Partner with leadership to ensure workforce capability aligns with business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration CIPD certification preferred.
- 7 years of HR experience in hospitality leisure or service industries.
- Deep knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
