Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion coordinating with project teams contractors and stakeholders
- Develop and implement project plans schedules and budgets ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities supervising contractors and workforce to maintain quality and safety standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and company policies
- Manage project risks resolve issues and make decisive decisions to keep projects on track
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with architects engineers and other professionals to review and approve designs and specifications
- Manage project documentation including permits contracts and change orders
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in construction management with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes techniques and project management methodologies
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry
- Familiarity with local building codes and construction practices in Dubai and the UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
