Job Summary
Role: Retail Operations Manager
Location: Dubai
We are partnering with a large global retailer who is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to manage their 25 stores. The ideal candidate will drive sales ensure operational excellence and lead a team of 100 staff while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of 25 retail stores.
- Drive sales performance P&L ownership and KPI achievement.
- Oversee stock replenishment seasonal launches and promotions.
- Lead train and motivate a team of 100 employees (4 5 direct reports).
- Ensure strong stakeholder management with HQ mall management & PR.
- Implement marketing & branding initiatives in coordination with HQ.
Requirements
- 5 8 years experience in retail operations / multi-store management.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and store networks.
- Strong commercial analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience in P&L ownership and sales forecasting.
- Open to travel and willing to work on weekends.
