Are you ready to shape Eatons brand presence across the Middle East and Africa Were looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to lead strategic communications strengthen our internal and external brand identity and drive engagement across the this pivotal role you will also be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies for our new sustainable Eaton Campus in Dubai ensuring it becomes a hub of innovation collaboration and visibility.
What youll do:
As a key member of our regional communications leadership team you will Develop and execute the communications strategy for the Middle East & Africa region.
- Build Eatons internal and external brand identity ensuring a positive image across all stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement through impactful internal communications and leadership messaging.
- Elevate Eatons visibility externally through media relations thought leadership and strategic campaigns.
- Manage risk and reputation ensuring consistent messaging during key events.
- Enhance communication processes tools and channels to improve effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Journalism or related field.
- 1015 years of experience in corporate communications or related roles.
- Local market knowledge and experience
- Strong skills in strategic planning storytelling stakeholder engagement media relations and digital communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
