What youll be doing:
- Accurately handle cash credit debit and other payment methods at the point of sale.
- Greet customers answer questions about products or store policies and resolve basic issues or complaints.
- Provide customers with accurate receipts sales invoices and any related documentation for their purchases.
- Count the cash in the drawer at the beginning and end of the shift to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Inform customers about ongoing sales promotions financing options or loyalty programs relevant to their purchases.
- Communicate effectively with sales staff and logistics teams to confirm product availability delivery schedules or special orders.
What we need:
- At least 2 years of cashiering experience preferably from a furniture retail store
- Immediate joiners are preferred
