WHAT YOULL DO
We are looking for aProject Managerto deliver key strategies and activations for our partners across sport entertainment and culture.

As aProject Manager your primary role will be to plan and deliver impactful events across a range of formats. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth world-class project delivery acting as the bridge between our clients internal teams and external partners to enable seamless collaboration and create unforgettable experiences.

You will meet high-level standards budget and timelines as well as working within the scope of developed concepts and creative ideas.

This position will be based in Dubai and will require great knowledge of local culture (including sport fashion music entertainment tech) trends brands and how audiences engage with those core segments of our world.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery
  • Own the planning and delivery of mid to large-scale projects including activations content shoots and community campaigns
  • Manage vendors talent production logistics and delivery timelines
  • Ensure execution meets budget brand standards and client expectations
Client & Partner Coordination
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and partners
  • Run internal and external WIP meetings providing clear updates and deliverables
  • Maintain strong relationships and alignment across cross-functional teams
Creative & Strategic Support
  • Help shape creative proposals and production decks
  • Translate briefs into project roadmaps and execution plans
  • Contribute to copy concept thinking and mood boards
Process & Documentation
  • Maintain internal status trackers and timelines
  • Prepare project budgets and reconcile upon completion
  • Contribute to resource planning and team operation discussions
Cultural & Community Engagement
  • Identify community organisations artists and creators aligned with client values
  • Stay close to local trends in sport fashion entertainment and sustainability
  • Ensure projects remain culturally grounded and locally relevant
