You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere seeking a driven and results-focused Membership Sales Consultant to join a premium Infrared Wellness Studio in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a competitive target-driven environment and is passionate about wellness lifestyle and client success.
As the first point of contact for prospective members you will represent the brand with professionalism and confidenceguiding potential clients from initial inquiry through to membership sign-up and ensuring they feel welcomed into a luxury wellness experience.
Role Summary:
In this role you will be the driving force behind saleshandling inbound leads engaging walk-ins and converting interest into committed memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound inquiries via WhatsApp Instagram phone and walk-ins.
- Present services and membership packages with clarity and confidence.
- Convert 2030 walk-ins per month into active clients.
- Track and manage leads through CRM systems to ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and promotions
- Follow up on cold warm and trial leads to maximize conversions.
- Monitor and respond promptly to social media inquiries.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written) Advanced level required for both languages
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in a high-performance environment (fitness wellness luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector preferred)
- UAE experience is preferable
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Strong skills in sales customer relationship management and client conversion
- Professional loyal confident and well-spoken with excellent communication skills
- Presentable and polished appearance in line with luxury wellness brand standards
The Package:
- Tax-free monthly salary 5 000 AED (approximately US$ 1 360)
- Commission: 23% when achieving sales targets 1.5% if 8099% of target is achieved
- Performance-based bonus
- Uniform provided (formal sales attire aligned with brand guidelines).
- Paid 30 days annual leave
- Paid flights every 2 years
- Employment visa may be provided based on performance (candidates must have their own visa initially)
