Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a wellreputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Trainee Process Operator to handle semiautomatic and manual deboning processes. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in the meat and poultry processing industry and a strong understanding of food safety equipment handling and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate semiautomatic and manual deboning processes efficiently.
Read and understand complex equipment manuals and standard operational procedures.
Follow safety quality and operational procedures diligently.
Conduct regular machine condition checks.
Perform preventive maintenance based on PM checklists.
Prepare materials and assemble equipment before starting the line.
Monitor production equipment and adjust parameters as per standard protocols.
Assist with minor maintenance during troubleshooting and repairs.
Report any nonconformance related to process safety or food quality.
Support the production supervisor in meeting the schedule.
Complete and interpret control charts accurately.
Manage material ordering and inventory.
Minimize product loss waste s and rework.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.
At least 5 years as an Operator/Technician in multinational companies
Diploma or High School qualification.
Proficiency in English (reading writing and speaking).
