Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Food Manufacturing company. We are looking for a Trainee Process Operator (Gizzard Machine) to operate complex machinery on the production line and support efficiency safety and product quality in a poultry processing facility
Responsibilities:
Operate gizzard machine and associated production line equipment.
Read and understand safety quality and operational procedures and manuals.
Conduct regular checks on machine conditions.
Perform preventive maintenance as per standard PM checklists.
Prepare materials and assemble equipment for production startup.
Monitor equipment performance and adjust parameters as needed.
Support minor troubleshooting and repair tasks.
Report any nonconformities or issues in process safety food safety or quality to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Assist production supervisor in achieving scheduled output.
Fill and interpret control charts for operations and productivity systems.
Handle material ordering and inventory requirements.
Prevent product loss and reduce process waste.
Minimize s and rework generation
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of production experience in Meat & Poultry Processing industry.
At least 5 years as Operator/Technician in multinational company
Education: Diploma or High School Certificate.
Must have working English proficiency
