- Operate and maintain automatic coffee machines with precision and consistency to ensure high-quality beverage preparation.
- Prepare a wide range of coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks specialty lattes and seasonal offerings following standardized recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment workstations and service areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans syrups milk and other consumables reporting low stock levels promptly.
- Engage with customers warmly and professionally providing recommendations and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures including equipment setup cleaning and cash handling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and maintain a positive team environment.

- 13 years of experience in a coffee shop or food service environment preferably with hands-on experience using automatic coffee machines.
