Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager with 3 5 years of proven experience in the solar equipment industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of solar products such as inverters panels batteries and other related components with a strong network within the UAE market. This role will focus on growing our client base maintaining key relationships and expanding market share in the solar distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of solar equipment (panels inverters batteries etc.) to installers EPCs and commercial clients.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify and engage with potential customers and partners in the UAE solar market.

  • Prepare and present quotations proposals and contracts.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide after-sales support.

  • Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and product innovations.

  • Collaborate with the procurement and technical teams to meet client needs.

  • Generate periodic sales reports and pipeline updates for management.

Requirements:

  • 3 5 years of sales/business development experience in the solar equipment distribution industry (mandatory)

  • Strong knowledge of solar components and market dynamics in the UAE

  • Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills

  • UAE driving license (preferred)

  • Candidate must be currently based in Dubai

  • Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
