Salary: Up to AED 6000 per month
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our clients team in Al Wasl Jumeirah Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in office administration with strong skills in basic accounting and data entry. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations and provide support to various departments
  • Maintain organized filing systems both digital and physical
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing petty cash management and expense tracking
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP or accounting systems
  • Prepare reports documentation and correspondence as needed
  • Coordinate office supplies maintenance and vendor relations
  • Support HR and finance teams with relevant documentation
  • Assist in organizing meetings scheduling appointments and handling office communications

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in basic accounting principles and data entry
  • Experience using any ERP or accounting software is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
