Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our clients team in Al Wasl Jumeirah Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in office administration with strong skills in basic accounting and data entry. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations and provide support to various departments
- Maintain organized filing systems both digital and physical
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing petty cash management and expense tracking
- Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP or accounting systems
- Prepare reports documentation and correspondence as needed
- Coordinate office supplies maintenance and vendor relations
- Support HR and finance teams with relevant documentation
- Assist in organizing meetings scheduling appointments and handling office communications
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and data entry
- Experience using any ERP or accounting software is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
