Job Description
How does your working day look like
- Clean and service allocated guest rooms corridors staff areas and storage spaces as per SOP and 25hours brand standards.
- Maintain Brand Suites and assist in showroom setups when required.
- Ensure housekeeping trolleys cupboards and supplies are clean well-stocked and maintained.
- Report missing items damages stains or maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle guest belongings found in rooms according to 25hours hotel procedures.
- Safeguard and responsibly use issued keys.
- Complete daily checklists accurately and report DND or vacant rooms to the supervisor.
- Greet guests and colleagues courteously; respond to requests efficiently.
- Participate in briefings trainings and support onboarding of new team members.
- Prepare guest amenities and assist in creating special wow moments.
- Conduct daily inventory of linen and in-room equipment.
- Follow all health safety fire and security procedures.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and uniform care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications :

- Speaks and understands English clearly when talking to guests or team members.
- Can work alone without help but also listens to instructions when needed.
- Displays flexibility and a positive attitude in adapting to dynamic environments.
- Can adjust quickly to changes in work or hotel needs and proactively takes initiatives.
- Can do multi tasks at the same time during busy times.
- Demonstrates effective time management and finishes work on time.
- Maintains exceptional standards of cleanliness hygiene and personal presentation in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
