We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to lead our development teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing people processes and technology to drive strategic initiatives while maintaining high technical standards and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software products or technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Design QA and DevOps.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and assign them across teams.
- Drive technical discussions architecture reviews and code quality improvements.
- Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to development teams.
- Monitor project progress timelines and budgets and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure the team adheres to agile practices CI/CD and code management protocols.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools technologies and frameworks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team development planning.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in full-stack development or backend/frontend specializations.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Java/.NET/ React/Angular SQL/NoSQL AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Strong understanding of system architecture microservices and cloud-native development.
- Excellent problem-solving decision-making and analytical skills.
- Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe) or Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2).
- Exposure to DevOps tools and processes.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles or product management is a plus.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
