Job Description

We are looking for a QAQC Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. If youve got a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of marine systems and fabrication this could be your next big career move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of quality control procedures on marine repair or shipbuilding projects
  • Conduct inspections during fabrication welding and fitting stages
  • Assist in identifying and reporting non-conformities and suggest corrective actions
  • Coordinate with the project production and inspection teams to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform material inspections and prepare relevant documentation (ITPs MIRs WPS etc.)
  • Help maintain QA/QC documentation and records for audits and client submissions
  • Work under the guidance of senior QAQC engineers and participate in client/internal audits
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering or related field
    • 2 years of experience in marine repair shipbuilding or maintenance (UAE or home country)
    • Basic understanding of QA/QC procedures and inspection tools
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Knowledge of welding fitting and fabrication standards used in the marine industry
    • Familiarity with ISO/QMS systems is a plus
    • Willing to relocate/work in Dubai
