Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Landscape Architect with a strong background in luxury residential villa projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design planning and execution of high-end landscape projects ensuring they meet client expectations environmental standards and the highest aesthetic quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design and development of landscape architecture for high-end residential villas.
- Collaborate with clients architects and consultants to develop project concepts and design intent.
- Prepare conceptual and detailed landscape designs including master planning planting plans hardscape irrigation and lighting.
- Manage all phases of the project life cycle from conceptualization and design to execution and post-completion evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations environmental codes and sustainability guidelines.
- Oversee the preparation of drawings specifications BOQs and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers and landscape architects.
- Manage client relationships project schedules and budgets effectively.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Landscape Architecture .
- 10 12 years of relevant experience particularly in luxury residential or villa landscape design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating completed high-end residential landscape projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite SketchUp Lumion and other design visualization tools.
- Solid knowledge of planting design irrigation systems drainage and hardscape detailing.
- Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
