Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading private investment holding company in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join their finance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance and supporting the company s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and VAT filings.
- Support procurement activities including vendor coordination purchase order processing and inventory tracking.
- Perform PRO duties such as visa processing labor card applications Emirates ID renewals and liaising with government entities.
- Ensure timely submission of government-related documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial and government-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting preferably within the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws visa processes and government portals.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain functions is a plus.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
