Job Description

Our client is looking for a confident articulate and highly presentable Junior Legal Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate is a bilingual Italian and English speaker recently graduated in law and ready to start their legal career in a dynamic client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with clients in a clear confident and professional manner
  • Respond promptly and accurately to legal and administrative queries.
  • Assist in legal research document drafting and review under supervision.
  • Attend and contribute to virtual or in-person meetings maintaining a professional
    demeanour.
  • Coordinate with internal legal teams on active matters.
  • Ensure all written and verbal communication meets the highest standards of
    clarity and presentation

Requirements

  • Law degree from a recognised university (recent graduates welcome).
  • Fluency in both Italian and English spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Professional well-groomed and client-facing demeanour.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Based in the UAE (preferred) or available for full-time remote work during UAE working hours.
  • Comfortable with digital communication tools legal research platforms and MS Office Suite.
