The clinician will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered evidence-based care in a therapeutic setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment a trauma-informed approach and a commitment to supporting mental health recovery.

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and mental health evaluations for adult patients.
Develop implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual group and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g. CBT DBT trauma-focused therapy).
Collaborate with psychiatrists nurses case managers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Assist in crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Participate in clinical team meetings case conferences and supervision sessions.
Educate clients and families about mental health conditions treatment options and coping strategies.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards of clinical practice and maintain client confidentiality.
Stay current with continuing education and professional development in psychiatric and therapeutic best practices.
Education:
Masters degree or higher in Social Work Counseling Psychology or a related field.
Licensure:
Active state license as an LICSW LMHC LCSW LPC LMFT or equivalent (required).
Independent licensure strongly preferred.
Experience:
2 years of clinical experience working with adults with psychiatric disorders including anxiety depression PTSD bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
Skills:
Strong diagnostic and clinical formulation skills.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in community mental health inpatient or intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Experience with co-occurring substance use disorders or trauma-informed care.
