Apt Resources is seeking skilled Bartenders for an Upmarket Jazz Bar and Restaurant renowned for its elegant ambiance and top-notch service.
Responsibilities
- Craft and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages in a stylish and engaging manner
- Engage with patrons providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming environment
- Curate and maintain an innovative drink menu that complements the jazz bar concept
- Assist in creating a lively atmosphere by setting up and maintaining the bar area in line with the venues upscale aesthetic
- Educate guests about our drink offerings and suggest pairings with menu items
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage the inventory including ordering and restocking supplies as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Bartender particularly in an upscale or jazz-themed environment
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails spirits and wines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and a flair for presentation
- Familiarity with bar equipment and techniques
- Relevant certification or training in bartending or mixology is preferred
