Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HR consultancy services including recruitment employee outsourcing training and payroll management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends and client needs
- Prepared and presented proposals to potential clients ensuring alignment with their business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised HR solutions and ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market insights to the management team to refine service offerings and strategies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in HR consultancy or associated industries in the UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- A valid UAE driving license is required
