As a Non-Deal Roadshow Coordinator you willwork with various internal teams including the Investor Access Team ECM teams Research Analysts and Sales team members to support a range of roadshow related activity. You will provide excellent client service to internal and external stakeholders liaise directly with corporate clients and coordinate all logistics including hotels ground transportation group venues catering and more.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with various internal teams including Investor Access ECM Research and Sales team members to support the delivery of Non-Deal Roadshows Investor Trips Sector Tours Expert Events Analyst Marketing and other event types as required.
- Provide excellent client service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise directly with corporate clients in support of their logistical requirements including communications with management assistants Investor Relations and direct contact with C-Suite Management.
- Coordinate all logistics including hotels ground transportation group venues catering and more.
- Book Zoom calls and webinars via AV vendors and internal systems answering questions and assisting with technical problems and guidance where necessary.
- Set up and coordinate schedules and information flow.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers.
- Perform expense reconciliation and post-roadshow administration/reporting.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Strong local knowledge of both Dubai and Abu Dhabi as well as financial centre cities across the wider Middle East region
- Strong project-management abilities including the ability to prioritize effectively when faced with competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
